We will have three options to choose from: individual, team or relay. Registration is limited to 100 runners, no matter if they are running solo, in a team or in a relay.
Registration for the Via Apsyrtides Stage Race will close on 25 December 2025.
The entry fee should be visible on our account before 28 December 2025.

An overview of the categories and what the starting fee includes

SOLO You race on your own

This category is for solo runners. The starting fee includes:

  • Accommodation in a double room with half-board (breakfast and dinner) from 1 March to 7 March.
    You will share a room with another person*
    * If you want the have a single room you can pay 200 € extra to the starting fee
    * If you wish to share a room with a person who is not racing you can pay 500 € extra to the starting fee. That person will have all the hotel benefits as you.
  • Runners guide with all the important information
  • Daily bus transfers to and from the race stages
  • Medical assistance on the course
  • A recovery meal after each stage
  • Refreshment points on the course and at the finish
  • Access to the hotel’s spa and fitness centre
  • Professional video and photo team
  • Branded techical T shirt and  buff
  • Branded 40 l duffle bag
  • Transfer of your gear (in a duffle bag) from the start to the finish
  • Evening briefings, award ceremonies, and photo/video recaps
  • Prize money after every stage for top 3 in Solo category

This category is for runners in teams. The starting fee includes:

  • Accommodation in a double room with half-board (breakfast and dinner) from 1 March to 7 March.
    You will share a room with your teammate.
  • Runners guide with all the important information
  • Daily bus transfers to and from the race stages
  • Medical assistance on the course
  • A recovery meal after each stage
  • Refreshemnt points on the course and at the finish
  • Access to the hotel’s spa and fitness centre
  • Professional video and photo team
  • Branded techical T shirt and buff for both runners
  • Branded 40 l duffle bag for both runners
  • Transfer of your gear (in a duffle bag) from the start to the finish
  • Evening briefings, award ceremonies, and photo/video recaps

In this category, the team consist of two runners who decide how to split the five stages. One runner will complete 2 stages, and the other will run the remaining 3 stages. Teams have the flexibility to choose who runs which day. The starting fee includes:

  • Accommodation in a double room with half-board (breakfast and dinner) from 1 March to 7 March.
    You will share a room with a person in your relay
  • Runners guide with all the important information
  • Daily bus transfers to and from the race stages
  • Medical assistance on the course
  • A recovery meal after each stage
  • Refreshemnt points on the course and at the finish
  • Access to the hotel’s spa and fitness centre
  • Professional video and photo team
  • Branded techical T shirt and buff for both runners
  • Branded 40 l duffle bag for both runners
  • Transfer of your gear (in a duffle bag) from the start to the finish
